It’s always inspiring to see hard work paying off when athletes are hitting PRs in Week ONE of a 12-week cycle! 💪🏼🏋️‍♂️💥

We had 8 Deadlift PRs at the 6am this morning! Excited to see where we are after the 6pm! 💪🏼

We have 11 more weeks to go in this #powerlifting cycle (with 3 week in the middle dialed back for the @crossfit Open) before retesting during the last week of March!

I think there were a few surprised faces at 6am this morning when they put up these #deadlift numbers! I can’t wait to see these numbers go up come March!

Congratulations to our November Athlete of the Mon

Congratulations to our November Athlete of the Month, Tyler A! Tyler has been a TEF member since June and attends almost every ObstacleFit class. Tyler's an avid obstacle course racer, and he just completed his second Spartan Trifecta last weekend!
Tyler has been really improving with rig work and getting over his fear of heights by conquering TEF's super high monkey bars. Great work, Tyler! We love having you as part of our #gyfam.

Meet Coach Sara!

Sara is passionate about health and wellness and thrives on helping people reach their fitness goals.
She coaches many of our TEF60 CrossFit classes, most of our IntervalFit classes, and all of our ObstacleFit classes (and programs them)!
She's also our Gym Manager, handling most of the stuff nobody really enjoys doing.

There's a reason we focus on functional movements in CrossFit. So many of the things we do in the box relate directly to things we do in our every day lives.
The sled push is a perfect example of building the muscles you need to be able to move furniture around your house.

Shout out to our June Athlete of the Month, Alisoamy!
Alisoamy has been gaining confidence in her workouts, trying more challenging weights, and she is now using a 12" box for box jumps! We are so proud of her growth since she started.
Even better, her attitude is awesome. If she's resting during a WOD, then she's probably dancing and smiling! Her shirt says it all - Alisoamy is a very kind human and we're lucky to have her as part of our gym family!
